Tawnya and Cade, Engaged l Skagit Valley Wedding Photographer

I've known Tawnya for a few years through my daughter's wonderful montessori school.  How excited was I when she and Cade became engaged and she called me to photograph their wedding, super excited.  This couple is so happy, and so in love.  Beautiful people inside and out.  And with such excitement for their engagement session, we had a Fantastic time!

This little man is 1!

The best part of my job is getting to see a family grow.   From their engagement session to the birth of Landon, and now his first birthday photos, I witness growth.  Growth in the adventure of parenthood, growth in personalities and growth in love.... it's the BEST part!  And how wonderful for them to look back at that journey to remember where they have been.  The second best part!

And two became four

I have the pleasure of knowing Christina through a wonderful twin mom group.  I met her when she was just barely showing and just pregnant with these beautiful boys.  Then I met Jeremy at around their 32 week mark, as I was honored to photograph their maternity session.
Now, these beautiful people inside and out are new parents.  Christina is a mom, Jeremy is a dad.... of twins!

I miss the early times of photographing my kids, when they gave me a natural look. Now, even my 2 1/2 year olds love to mug for the camera. I often have to take 2 shots, "ok silly kids, now lets do a real smile". Either way, I love them, and love that they aren't running when the camera comes out.... yet!
Here's my beautiful Zoey's eyes, can you find me in them?
